Bone loss pathologies include notching of the acromion processes, and lesions on the articular surfaces of seven carpals. Alveolar erosion is associated with the maxillary canines and interproximal caries are evident between the upper right first premolar and canine, and the upper left canine and second premolar. The upper left first premolar was lost antemortem (Fig. 1.78).
